Once
upon a time, in a land not far away, there lived a handsome King in a
great castle, raised on love and affection, spoiled with riches and
selflessly dedicated to his family. As the King grew old, he had a vision
of a family just as handsome and loving as he was, to share his castle and
carry on his legacy of feline royalty. So, the King embarked on a great
journey, searching throughout the realm and building his family with those
most worthy of his kingdom. When it came time for the King to leave his
earthly castle, those that he chose to follow him took up the tradition of
making health ,beauty and love integral parts of their precious family.
Thus, began the dynasty of Felichaun Orientals………..
And they lived happily ever after…………….
At Felichaun Castle, we are totally dedicated to our cats and home, and to
raising healthy, happy, and exceptional examples of the Oriental
Shorthair. We choose our breedings carefully, not only for health and
temperament, but to continually improve this fascinating breed of felines.
We believe that breeding the best with the best accomplishes this goal. We
consider every cat and kitten as part of our “family”, whether bred by us
or graciously offered to us by others. Thus, we strive to keep as few cats
as possible, preferring to retire our breeders and show cats early so that
they can enjoy the comforts and love of their new families.
